What we get asked a lot.

How long does ATS integration take?
Standard integrations (Personio, rexx, BITE, SAP SuccessFactors) go live in 5 working days. Custom integrations are scoped individually — typically 2–3 weeks.
Do we have to give up Personio?
No. Recruiting Gym is not an ATS replacement — we handle the upper funnel (ads, sourcing, pre-qualification) and hand off to your ATS. Bidirectional sync is standard.
What about AGG and audits?
Complete audit trail of every decision. Who rejected which candidate when on what grounds — all documented and exportable for compliance reviews.
What does an additional role beyond 10 cost?
The Studio plan includes 10 active roles. Beyond that, €99 per additional active role. Once you regularly need 15+ roles, switching to the Scale-up plan pays off.
