How does the AI coach work in detail?
You brief the coach in chat — it builds role profiles, writes ads, generates creatives, runs campaigns, answers candidate questions, books interviews, and writes back to your ATS. You can approve every step manually or let it run fully automated. Audit trail included.
Am I too small or too big for Recruiting Gym?
Neither. We have three setups: Solo for managing directors and practice owners hiring without an HR department. Mid-market for companies with their own HR and 5–50 hires per year — connecting to Personio, rexx, BITE, and SAP SuccessFactors. Scale-up for ambitious growth firms with multi-brand, multi-location, and audit needs. You move between tiers seamlessly as you grow.
What does Recruiting Gym cost?
Three packages for three company sizes — Solo (from €690 / month), Studio for mid-market (€1,490 / month), and Scale-up on request. Flat fee, cancel monthly, no per-hire commission. Ad budget comes from you and is billed transparently. On the demo call, we'll calculate the ROI against your last 12 hires.
Can I run Recruiting Gym under my own brand?
Yes — white-label is standard in the Studio and Agency packages. Your domain, logo, colours, email sender, and client portal. Candidates never see the name Recruiting Gym.
What about GDPR and the EU AI Act?
Hosted in Frankfurt, ISO 27001 data centre, data-processing agreement at onboarding. All AI models are risk-classified per the EU AI Act. We hand you the compliance package, including bias audit logs, on demand.
How long does onboarding take?
7–14 days. Day 1: kick-off & ATS connection. Day 3: first ad live. Day 7: first pre-qualifications. Day 14: your coach is trained on your tone of voice. We accompany you personally through your first role.
Can the coach actually call candidates?
In the Voice Agent beta, yes — in German, with your voice or one from our library. By default, the coach communicates via chat, email, and WhatsApp. Phone calls happen only when you switch them on.
What sets you apart from other AI recruiting tools?
Three things: (1) a real coach by your side, not a bare chatbot; (2) flat fee instead of commission model; (3) building your internal recruiting capability — knowledge stays with you, not the vendor.
