How are you different from an ATS like zvoove or rexx Suite?
We're an engine, not an ATS. We dock onto your existing ATS or replace it. The difference: Recruiting Gym does the operational work itself — ads, pre-qualification, scheduling, reports. A classic ATS only manages. You still need recruiters to do the work.
Do we keep ownership of our client data?
Completely. DPA per client, hosted in Frankfurt, ISO 27001 data center. You can export all data at any time or completely delete a client — your client can also export their data if they ever want to switch providers.
We have 8 recruiters and 22 active clients. Which plan?
Studio (€1,490/month) covers 10 active positions with multi-tenant. At your volume, Scale-up makes sense: unlimited positions, own domain per client, management dashboard. Realistically €2,800/month net incl. onboarding.
Can we also handle headhunting mandates with Recruiting Gym?
Yes — that's a frequent use case. Headhunting mandates often have longer funnels (active sourcing, stealth search, multiple iteration loops). You get funnels for classic recruiting AND headhunting setups in one platform.
